A Note about Internet Security
Making friends is a wonderful thing, but sharing your personal information on social network sites likes Facebook is like sharing your
toothbrush with millions of people. Social networks don't discriminate between friends and stalkers or thieves. Keep your private
information private, and know who you're dealing with.
NEVER share your password. |
Choose the information you share online carefully. |
Never share things like your address, financial information, or other specifics that could lead to identity theft or worse.
|
Be careful about meeting new internet friends in person. Choose a well-lit, populated place to meet your new friends.

Password Changes
Computer Lab staff members can reset EDEN and RCI passwords according to the schedule below. You must present either a valid
RUConnection card or a government-issued photo identification in order to have your password changed.
If you remember your current password and wish to change it, or if you enrolled in Remote Password Recovery (RPR), use Eden Web Tools to change your own password. If you need
assistance, visit a Computer Lab during our current Hours of Operation and ask a consultant.
