Michael is a model consultant that exemplifies good customer service with a smile. He is always more than willing to help a patron or a consultant in need and sees his endeavors all the way through to their solution. Spring 2007 College Avenue Consultant Achievement Award (Spring Semester)
Michael Irving has shown much skill and promise over this past semester at CACC. He is always willing to help with any issues that arise in the lab. In addition, Michael is very resourceful and makes every effort to find answers to questions for which he does not know the answer, being sure to troubleshoot even the most difficult of problems. Always friendly and professional, Michael gets along well with all his other consultants and is a real pleasure to work with. He is sure to inform supervisors of anything that requires their attention. He is a truly diligent and talented worker. Above all, Michael always does his job with a smile on his face (and is ALWAYS sure that his shoes match his outfit). {em,mm}
