Tables
Tables are useful for presenting information you want to display in a grid, such as a calendar, or a syllabus. But you can also use tables whenever you want to have greater control over page layout than you would normally. You can create a table with no visible borders and place your content within the cells to assure proper alignment of your content. You may put nearly anything you may put within the body of an HTML documents inside a table cell, including images, forms, rules, headings and even another table.
To insert a table:
1. Move your cursor to the end of your Home page on a new line..
2. Click the Table button.

3. In the Insert Table Properties dialog, set the properties you want.![]()
Number of rows, Number of columns - the number of each you want.
Table width - The width of the selected table. You can specify table width as a percentage of the window width or as a number of pixels. If you specify the width as a percent of the window, the table width changes whenever the window changes.
Border - The size of the border lines around cells, in pixels. Enter zero (0) for no border.4. Create a table with 2 rows and 2 columns. Don't change anything else, press OK. You can change the width once it is in the document by dragging the right border toward the center of the page.
Type in the top left cell:
Composer
Highlight the text and change its size and color. Feel free to experiment with text styles, and alignment in the cells.
Spell Checking
Composer comes equipped with a Spell Checker. Before you Publish a Web page always check the Spelling.
Click the Spelling button
Composer checks for spelling errors using its main dictionary, which contains most common words. If Composer finds a word that is not in the main dictionary, it displays the word in the Spelling dialog box and gives you choices for correcting the possible misspelling.
- For each word that is found, choose whether to correct it, ignore it, or add it to the dictionary.
- To return to the document, click the OK button
