The New Brunswick Computing Help Desk is located in Room 013 of the Hill Center for the Mathematical Sciences building, on Busch campus in Piscataway, NJ.

Regular Hours of Operation:

Saturday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Sunday 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Monday 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Tuesday 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Walk In Appointments

While drop-in hours are available whenever the Help Desk is open, we strongly recommend you schedule an appointment to ensure we can address your problem in a timely manner. If you have also called the Help Desk about your issue, please include your Help Desk ticket number in the appointment details. If you do not have a ticket number, it may be helpful to call ahead so we can collect background information beforehand.

NOTE: If you are scheduling an appointment to speak to full-time staff regarding a locked account or netid, you MUST select an appointment between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on a weekday (Monday through Friday). If you are unsure if this applies to you, call ahead to confirm.

Computer Repair

If you are having virus problems or hardware issues, you can also contact Computer Repair located on Livingston Campus. Although this is a fee-based service, Computer repair offers a greater degree of services including data back-ups, data recovery and OS reinstalls.
