On October 15, 2002, we will change the way departmental or "become"
account users access those accounts.  This is to let you know of the
coming changes. You can read about the new method, and the reasons for the

NOTE: you will NOT be able to read the mail for the departmental account
using pop or imap without making the changes listed on the web page.
