Email and Other Online Help

When should online assistance be used?

Email or other online assistance should be utilized in situations where the information is less time sensitive. Email help, in most cases, is not immediate. Typically, turn around times on average will be one to two days. There are exceptions such as operator system assistance, which has a usual response time of within two hours.
