Services I Am Responsible ForRULink, a system providing mail and calendar service for anyone at Rutgers. As an adjunct to this system, I also maintain an LDAP directory server for the University. This provides a way that people developing web services can authenticate users and check information about them such as departmental membership and course enrollment.Personal InformationI'm moderator of the Usenet newsgroup soc.religion.christian. For information about that group, and pointers to Christian resources on the web, see the Soc.religion.christian web page As part of moderating soc.religion.christian, I have developed a version of inews for Windows. This allows postings to be injected from a Windows system to any server speaking NNTP. My primary hobby is computer typography. I have a separate typography web page. |
